JAZZ SPOKEN HERE is a sextet of professional artists based in Athens, Ohio, founded in 2008.  JSH performs a wide repertoire: jazz classics and standards, new literature, and fresh interpretations of lesser known works, through arrangements by the performers.  JSH appeals to all audiences: from knowledgeable jazz fans, to individuals approaching jazz for the first time, and to students of all ages. JSH is available for concerts and workshops in a variety of settings. Whether performing in clubs, schools, concert halls or churches, JSH brings the audience into the world of jazz with informative and enjoyable comments, and great music!
